Terms of Use

EPUB Reader is licensed to you through the Microsoft Store under the Microsoft Standard Application License Terms. HAYAH is the licensor. These terms add the following.
Price and Pro
EPUB Reader is free to download and read. EPUB Reader Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase ($11.99 in the US; the Store shows the price in your currency, including any tax). It unlocks unlimited EPUB to PDF export (3 exports are free), read aloud, highlight export, the sepia page colour, your own fonts, CBR comics and right-to-left page turning. Pro is yours for good on every PC where you use the same Microsoft account; there is no subscription. If you used version 1.0 on a PC, every feature stays free on that PC without buying Pro.
Payment and refunds
Purchases are made and processed by the Microsoft Store under Microsoft's terms. Refunds are handled through Microsoft (account.microsoft.com, Order history). If something is wrong with Pro, write to us and we will help.
Your books
Only open and export books you have the right to use. EPUB Reader opens DRM-free books only: it does not remove or bypass copy protection (DRM) and shows a message instead. A PDF export is for your own use, under the same rights as the book it came from.
Third-party components
The app uses open-source components, including foliate-js (MIT) and PDF.js (Apache 2.0). Their notices and full licence texts are in the app under Settings, Third-party licences. Kindle, Adobe and other names mentioned in the app and on this site belong to their owners; HAYAH is not affiliated with Amazon, Adobe or Microsoft.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. HAYAH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
