Source code
The audiobook export in EPUB Reader runs FFmpeg as a separate program (ffmpeg.exe in the app's ffmpeg folder) to write MP3 and M4B files. FFmpeg is free software under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1 or later, and the copy we ship includes the LAME MP3 encoder (LGPL) and zlib. This page tells you where to get the source of that copy and how it was built.
What we ship
FFmpeg 9.0.2 (tag n9.0.2, commit 946fcce07b6dcd0331c8cc609192aeff5e1924f8, unmodified), built on Windows with MSYS2 MINGW64 as a static program. No GPL or non-free parts are enabled. The same notice is in the app package at ffmpeg/SOURCE.txt and in the app under About, Licences.

Questions and written offer
You can replace the bundled ffmpeg.exe with your own LGPL build. If you would like us to send you the source of the copy we ship, or a link stops working, email support@hayah.dev; this offer is valid for at least three years after we last ship this version.
